Photoshop is wonderful. I recently took these two shots for a class that I am teaching and the one on the bottom ended up being slightly out of focus. Instead of scrapping it, I decided to use Photoshop to make a clever manipulation.
As you can see the photos are of colored pencils. The top photo is unedited. For the one on the bottom, I decided to apply the colored pencil filter. Since I did this manipulation, I have decided to photograph some more art materials, and apply the filter of the same name. This may be one of the projects we do in class in March.
